Her experience spans expanded access, post-trial access, patient services, real-world evidence, and pricing and reimbursement within rare disease and gene therapy. Previously, Dorian led Global Early Access & Real World Evidence at Sarepta and Expanded Access at Novelion Therapeutics, where she developed strategies to transition patients from expanded access to commercial therapy across multiple markets.
