Alexa Stathis is Project Manager, Managed Access Programs Operations at Sanofi, where she oversees operational aspects of Compassionate Use, Expanded Access, Named Patient Programs and Individual Requests. Her role spans programme execution, country selection, supply and distribution, inventory forecasting and resolving operational and logistical challenges to support timely, compliant patient access. Prior to joining Sanofi, Alexa worked in clinical research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, coordinating studies within pediatric neuro-oncology.
